We had great fun helping State Bank of India say thank you to staff and their families in the summer. 

Having not put on an event of this scale for their staff previously, and wanting to keep a tight rein on costs, the emphasis was on ensuring there was a good range of activities, entertainment and catering to keep 600 staff, partners and children entertained throughout a Sunday afternoon in August.

We staged the outdoor family event at Allianz Park with a range of activities including inflatable laser maze, penalty shoot-out and fairground Ferris Wheel. For the children there was soft play, school sports day races and giant games, alongside a face painter and wandering kid’s entertainer showcasing magic, bubble performance and balloon modelling.

Catering was available throughout the day with BBQ and Indian street food - traditional food with a fusion twist. All food was Halal, as per client requirements, and there was also a traditional bar, Pimms bar and plenty of ice cream!
