Annual Awards Ceremony
Brief
This event was for our client's inaugural staff awards, with guests coming from across the UK and North America to attend. We were asked by the client to create an unforgettable night for guests to celebrate all their achievement over the past year.
Solution
The evening started with a drinks reception in the stunning Palm Court at the Kimpton Fitzroy London Hotel. With a beautiful private terrace and bar crafted from marble, the space was a real wow setting for serving champagne and canapes. The focal piece was the jazz quintet Bella & The Bourbon Boys with their stylish vintage image and faultless renditions of modern classics with a jazz/swing twist. As an extra special touch, we hung golden stars with nominees’ names and awards categories from the beautifully lit indoor trees spaced around the room.
After the reception guests made their way through to the palatial ballroom, where we had set up a fully branded stage set for the awards and classic table settings with branded gifts and table confetti. Guests were served a beautiful 3 course meal with petit fours and carefully selected wine. After which the awards got into full swing, with each winner being presented with a personally engraved glass award. Finally, guests made their way to the hotel bar for a night cap or two and then an overnight stay in one of the truly 5* plush bedrooms.
It really was an unforgettable celebration.
