Annual Staff Celebration
Brief
For a third year running, we have had the opportunity to work with our client to produce their Annual Celebration for their 500 + staff and families. Following two successful years, this event has now become highly anticipated by their guests, so the pressure was on to produce something even more spectacular for 2024!
Solution
The event is held outdoors in the grounds of the Aviator Hotel, with all hotel staff invited to join the celebrations too. We erected a huge 40m x 30m stretch tent to house the main bar, DJ and casual seating for guests and every year we’ve provided 2 fair Ground rides, 5 street food vendors, dessert vans, a variety of inflatable activities, lawn games, entertainers and music aligned with their chosen theme.
The theme for 2024 was SAFARI! We really went WILD with all the theming; bringing in safari animal props, themed seating and poser tables, African Drummers, a safari themed Bar, themed photobooth, South African Braii BBQ food van, 2 x Safari Lodge Guides as wandering entertainers, 2 x animal stilt performers, face painter and even an Exotic Petting Zoo which was a resounding hit with the guests.
Luckily the British weather held out and for the third year in a row we were blessed with a beautiful sunny day! Watching the guests dine on the delicious catering,wizz around on the Twister ride and dance the night away while the golden hour sun set over the event, we had the chance to reflect and wonder….how on earth do we top this for next year?
...Challenge accepted!
