Case Study

A forward-thinking IT services client was looking for support for their annual UK summit across 2 days in May.  The challenge was to find a central London venue which had a wow factor, but which would also appeal to their professional audience and that had outside space.  After much consideration the destination chosen was the Harvey Nichols restaurant at the top of the OXO tower overlooking the Thames. We created a bespoke branded stage-set as the backdrop for the event as well as selection of branded items including lanyards, menus, place-cards and logo table confetti.

On arrival in the evening, guests were greeted by the sounds of improvised jazz on trumpet from a professor of music. Over dinner, guests participated in some wine-tasting with a theme focused on the use of technology in wine production and after dinner, they had the pleasure of hearing from ex-England cricketing legend, Andrew Strauss. Day two consistent primarily of presentations, though with an added ‘twist’ to proceedings. To energise and amuse, the event was wrapped up with a ‘dance experience’. Yes, really. Our choreographer took to the stage and taught the audience a selection of classic 60’s dance moves – including the Twist – to the instantly recognisable“Do You Love Me (Now That I Can Dance)”; very popular with the Dirty Dancing afficionados!
