Our client wanted to celebrate and recognise outstanding achievement across their European Franchise operation. They were also keen to produce an interactive, fun event that wrapped up their European Franchise Conference. Due to the Covid-19 related restrictions this event was going to have be 'virtual'.
Due to the limitations online for a typical Awards event, it was decided to do things a bit differently this year. In order to create an engaging, fun and entertaining experience, the 100 guests were treated to a Night at the Races – virtually!
The theme encouraged attendees to dress up – helping create some visual interest, get everyone in the spirit of the evening and take people away from the tedium of lockdown; even if just for 2 hours.
Our upbeat MC hosted both the horse racing and the Awards, bringing energy and humour to the evening. Nominees and winners were announced between races and mixing things up in this way kept everyone involved. It also meant there was plenty of appreciation shown for award recipients.
The event was hosted on Zoom and we provided technical support including co-ordinating rehearsals, music, audio effects, on screen content, presenters and video. The races were completely customised to the client and event, with client and sponsor branding as well as bespoke names for each race and every horse.

I dialled in about 5 minutes after the whole event started and joined my team without any problem – though didn't do very well! (ha ha!) but had great fun."
