Learning at Work Week is an initiative which aims to highlight the value of learning and development at work. Embracing the theme “Curious and Creative”, we were tasked with designing a series of engaging activities, focussed on the senses.
These were rolled out in both Southern and Northern offices, reaching over 300 staff. The programme included: a blind fold creative clay challenge, working in pairs using touch and verbal skills; a smoothie bike challenge where teams custom designed drinks using visual, taste and physical skills; and a photography workshop homing in on visual and cerebral skills.
