Management Conference
The Exec Team and Managers from various food and agriculture businesses spent a day together at Coombe Abbey to share, plan, network and celebrate. A key part of the event was to explore potential new projects that would drive business growth. An interactive, experiential session was devised based around a 'Dragon's Den' format.
Although fun and energetic, teams had a very sharp focus on the outcome - 100k of additional funding. Pitches to the Exec were unsurprisingly intense. Rockitfish went on to create a stylish evening to help extend the networking, celebrate and reveal the winning team.
