Product Launch & Conference
The event spanned 4 days of meetings, workshops and offsite dinners, based around Heythrop Park in Oxfordshire. The client required a relaxed and informal setting in which to reveal a new product, explore plans for the next year and introduce the new MD.
We handled all aspects of the event, including venue sourcing, branding, communications and event management. The first evening helped set the tone of the event. We created a summer village fete - featuring traditional activities such as croquet, crazy golf, a coconut shy, candy floss stall and a full-sized fairground carousel. Plus a Prosecco Pony and maypole dancing!
