Software Company Offsite, Newbury Racecourse
100 telebusiness staff gathered at Newbury Racecourse to review the year, share ideas and build connections. We managed the event and designed a highly interactive agenda to drive key objectives.
We produced bespoke, contemporary video interviews to provide visual stimulation and include contributions from the wider community. Energy and team building were driven by a series of experiences - including Samba Drumming and Human Bingo. The event culminated in a 100 game challenge - a series of fast paced, high energy team tasks - as many as possible to be completed against the clock.
