Summer Family Festival
Brief
We have been producing our client's annual Summer Event for several years. The challenge each year is to exceed rising expectations and introduce new elements.
Solution
This year’s event hosted over 2,500 guests and adopted a ‘World’ theme – in part because of the football World Cup. Central to the programme was the World Arena, hosted by a celebrity football freestyler, and featuring a variety of acts and workshops, including a Haka workshop, Samba drumming and Brazilian football freestyling.
A huge variety of entertainment filled the site - fairground rides, inflatables, kids zone, football games and wandering entertainers including a giant panda and wandering Mariachi band.
