Brief

Following a string of successful smaller virtual team engagement activities, our client commissioned us to help with a fun-filled virtual event for 200 of their remote workers in October with a ‘Super Spooky’ Halloween twist.

Solution

Using MS Teams as their preferred platform, we delivered a fully customized virtual quiz. They agreed on a ‘Day of The Dead’ theme which perfectly complemented their ‘Mango Loco’ drink product.

Bright and colorful, we integrated their cool design into our web-based game and included fully branded backgrounds which gave the guests a completely bespoke and unique experience.

As there were teams entering from all over the world, we ran two sessions. They competed for top place within their session and overall winner.

To add to the fun, attendees were all invited to wear ‘Day of the Dead’ fancy dress, for which the best dressed would win prizes. It is fair to say everyone really pulled out all the stops and the competition was fierce!

We compiled all screenshots, selfies and videos from the event and created a cool photo montage which was sent out along with the leader board results as a nice memorable ‘keepsake’ from the event.
