Guests were welcomed at the luxurious 5-star Hyatt Regency Lisbon, known for its modern elegance and premier location near the city center. The hotel offered spacious, stylish rooms and suites with stunning views of the Tagus River, providing the perfect start to an opulent retreat. On arrival, attendees were greeted with personalized welcome kits and a concierge service dedicated to their every need, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay.

For the afternoon, a grand yacht, fully equipped to accommodate 250 guests comfortably, was chartered for an exclusive cruise along the Tagus River. The experience offered breathtaking panoramic views of Lisbon’s most iconic landmarks, including the historic Belém Tower and the towering Christ the King statue. Guests indulged in gourmet hors d'oeuvres and curated beverages while enjoying live entertainment, enhancing the luxurious ambiance onboard. 

The day concluded with an exquisite gala dinner at SUD Lisboa, one of Lisbon’s most stunning waterfront venues. Located near the iconic 25 de Abril Bridge, the venue’s open-air setting provided breathtaking views, creating a picture-perfect backdrop for the evening. The dinner featured a bespoke menu crafted by SUD’s acclaimed chefs, offering a refined selection of both traditional Portuguese and international cuisine. Live music and entertainment added to the sophisticated ambiance, ensuring a truly memorable evening for all attendees.

Ensuring seamless logistics for such a large group was a top priority, with private luxury coaches arranged to provide smooth transfers between locations. We worked with our client to personalise every aspect of the experience, from branded yacht decorations to curated playlists and bespoke menus.
