Engagement Day
This was the first event the entire team had been gathered together. The experience was to be a catalyst for driving engagement and sharing the new 'One Company-One Direction-One Goal' ethos. A fast-paced, action-packed event, but with an emphasis on driving simple key messages through a variety of media, presentations and activity. Event branding delivered the tone, the highly motivational Adrian Webster gave a keynote emphasising the effect of positive, no nonsense, behaviour, and a hands-on session involving the entire group constructing a single, inter-reliant 'machine' emphasised one goal/one team.
The evening - A high energy, hilarious 'Place Your Bets' gameshow, where teams speculated on the outcome of a series of fun tasks, featuring colleagues 'live' and on VT.
