When it came to kicking off the festive season with flair, one of our clients knew they wanted something extraordinary. The brief was simple yet ambitious: create a Christmas party that matched the electrifying buzz of the company’s success of the year and exceed all past gatherings.
Enter a sprawling London venue transformed into Alice in Wonderland for up to 1,000 guests.
Walking through the themed spaces was like stepping into a storybook. The grand ballroom became the Queen of Hearts’ Ball, while other rooms brimmed with larger-than-life props, giant toadstools, towering teacups and a heart-shaped rose archway. Everywhere guests turned there were photo moments worthy of social feeds. Adding some extra special touches, we created whimsical stations offering nitrogen ice cream and edible bubble-gum balloons, while DJs, roaming entertainers and disco bunnies kept energy high throughout the night.
Corporate celebrations thrive on atmosphere, and for another client’s Christmas party and awards event, the goal was total transformation. Hosted in a blank canvas venue in Cambridge for around 300 guests, the theme “Under the Red Sea” took imagination to the depths. As guests arrived, they were transported to a stylised Middle Eastern fishing village before plunging into a dramatic underwater world. The main hall became a glowing oceanic scene, anchored by giant inflatable jellyfish, colour-changing LED lighting, illuminated centrepieces, and a 7-metre octopus named “Horace” that presided over the stage. The décor, props, and lighting worked together to create a sense of wonder rarely found at corporate gatherings.
So immersive was the experience that feedback echoed a common theme: this was the best corporate party many had ever attended. This demonstrated how a fully immersive event meant guests became explorers rather than mere spectators.

Celebrations come in many forms, and when it comes to recognising achievement, production quality matters. For a mid-year milestone event for 450 guests, the focus was on honouring performance while launching the company’s refreshed brand identity. Set at a distinguished London venue, this wasn’t your run-of-the-mill awards night, it was an immersive brand theatre. From the moment attendees stepped in, the new brand was woven into the environment. Large vinyls, digital content and a 9-metre LED wall set the tone for an evening that blended ceremony with celebration. Custom motion graphics introduced winners, while programmable lighting and live camera feeds amplified energy and ensured every moment felt significant.
