“How best can we maintain/develop our company culture when working remotely?”
This was a question posed to author and broadcaster Matthew Syed during a talk he gave earlier this week that many of us here tuned into.
Matthew’s also a consultant and speaker (as well as an ex GB ping pong player), and primarily covers the themes of high performance, ‘growth mindset’ and the culture of organisations.
In answer, he offered some simple suggestions:
