London Hotels
Nobu Portman Square

Following the success of their recent opening in Shoreditch, Nobu is moving West, setting up in vibrant Portman Square, Marylebone (just north of Selfridges). We are excited to learn the hotel will feature 249 guest rooms and suites, Nobu’s world-class restaurant, a ballroom for up to 700 and meeting spaces – all beautifully conceptualised by London-based architecture and interior design firm David Collins Studio. Boasting bespoke in-room audio-visual equipment and delicious, creative meal breaks brought to your guests by the renowned Nobu catering, this hotel will no-doubt be on the ‘hot list’ for a multitude of events for years to come.
Mayfair Townhouse

Located on Half Moon Street alongside Piccadilly, The Mayfair Townhouse is set to debut in September 2020. Brought to you by Iconic Luxury Hotels (owners of Cliveden & Chewton Glen) this new venture will have 172 rooms & suites (including 2 Penthouse Suites and Garden Suites), The Dandy Bar and a private gym. It should be a stunning property, though will have limited function space, so we believe it will be more appropriate for incentives and accommodation used in conjunction with events at local venues (Spencer House, Lancaster House, Royal Academy to recommend a few).
Pan Pacific

Pan Pacific London will mark Pan Pacific Hotels Group’s first footprint into Europe. A 2-minute walk from Liverpool Street station, this 237-luxury bedroom hotel will have restaurants, landscaped outdoor space, 897sqm of meeting and event spaces over 2 levels. A notable highlight has to be the extensive 464sqm smart Pan Pacific Ballroom, the largest ballroom in the Square Mile, built to accommodate 400 guests. Being the only hotel in London with an entire level dedicated to your well-being; incorporating a dramatic 18.5-metre infinity pool with views, treatment rooms, sleeping pods, gym, steam rooms and saunas, this is set to be a sought-after ‘urban retreat’.
The Londoner

Set over 16 floors in London’s legendary square, the much-anticipated Londoner Hotel will be home to 350 exquisite bedrooms and suites, each with their own unique views of London. There promises to be a collection of restaurants and bars to discover, including alfresco dining on the ground floor, an urban spa experience and two screening rooms. This supersized hotel will have a magnificent ballroom which can hold extravagant gala dinners for up to 600 guests. In addition, there will be 7 meeting rooms supported by 33 syndicate rooms. We are told that the rooftop bar called ‘8’ will be available to book for events when used in conjunction with other events space in the hotel.
NoMad London
Due to open: Scheduled for Late 2020
Location: Covent Garden, London

NoMad London will take residence in the heart of Covent Garden inside the historic, grade II-listed building famously known as The Bow Street Magistrates’ Court and Police Station, located directly across from the famed Royal Opera House. There will be 6 event spaces including the Magistrate’s Ballroom which can accommodate up to 125 people for a reception or 75 seated. The NoMad Restaurant will also be available to buyout for events up to 350 people.
