Brief
Our client are a leading provider of live and on demand video SaaS solutions to thousands of organisations around the world. They wanted to bring 70 staff together from across the EMEA region to celebrate their IPO launch and communicate future plans.
Solution
The event was staged across 2 days in the UK at Wotton House Country Estate. Their theme was “Following your Dream” – encouraging attendees to think big and pursue huge goals, as well as celebrating their listing on the Nasdaq.
To break the ice and get everyone active, the first day started with the Dream Hunt – a bespoke GPS based trail around the grounds of the venue with customised questions and challenges.
The evening IPO celebration kicked off with a Cocktail Workshop – starting with creating themed Dream Cocktails and ending with a breath-taking demonstration by a champion cocktail flairer.
A custom design and fully branded stage set provided a focal point for the event space which hosted the conference and dinner. In the evening, we installed branded light panels and floating orbs around the room and branded KLTR (the company’s Nasdaq symbol) globe table centres.
The evening was hosted by compere and magician, Paul Martin, and was headlined by multiple Britain’s Got Talent Finalist, illusionist Marc Spellman (aka X). After dinner guests moved onto the Party Room – with DJ, dancefloor and a wide range of games including casino tables, air hockey, retro pinball machines, a seated game of Pong and various simulators, including the world’s biggest Pac Man! Guests also had the opportunity to take a spin on the Dreams Wheel of Fortune to win prizes ranging from Ray Bans to branded Apple AirPods.
Day two focussed on the future with multiple presentations – and an early morning yoga session to get everyone in the right frame of mind for an immersive day of business content.
