Associate Account Director

We can offer a highly flexible and highly rewarding Associate Account Director freelance sales position, suited to experienced event professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit, able to find new opportunities, win business and develop client relationships.

  • An experienced events professional, with a passion for delivering excellence
  • In possession of an aptitude for business and account development
  • Highly self-motivated and achievement driven
  • Capable of fashioning new opportunities, pursuing leads, developing a client portfolio and driving business growth

THE WORK

  • Build and develop new clients through targeted business and account development activity
  • Proactively identify and contact prospects and find new opportunities, through a range of activity including email, telephone, social media and face to face
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team and senior colleagues to develop plans, build prospect lists, respond to new opportunities, win business and develop accounts
  • Be highly responsive to client requests and seek the very best solutions to client needs
  • Work with the team to design and shape client solutions and produce responses to client briefs (including written proposals)
  • Be a committed team player and live the Rockitfish values (adventurous, smart, passionate)
