Teams must manage resources and monitor ever-changing conditions as they instruct their expedition guides to the summit of Everest before returning safely to base camp. Due to the game’s complexity of and the number of variables, team members take on specific roles and acquire as much knowledge as possible. They must then effectively communicate information to the entire team, enabling them to form a cohesive strategy.
