Brief

We had produced our client’s annual staff event for a number of years - but this year had to be extra special as they marked 10 years of trading, with continued impressive growth year on year.

The event was staged to thank and reward all employees. They wanted to continue the relaxed and informal feel of previous events but up the ante with the experience, including using venues that offered the ‘wow’ factor. London was the preferred location and venues needed to comfortably accommodate 150 people.

Solution

Having recently opened and with its slick, stylish décor combined with its fun, inclusive activity and theme, Swingers West End was the ideal fit. We had exclusive use of 3 private rooms, the Grand Hall Hotel bar and the HelterSkeltercourse. Guests were greeted with bespoke cocktails branded as 3 of their iconic games and enjoyed an afternoon of superb food, mini-golf and additional games such as arcade machines and giant LED illuminated 8-lane Scalextric that we installed in the private areas.

Following the afternoon activities, guests were transferred to the iconic OXO Tower, via refurbished double decker buses kitted out with dance floor, bar and music.

Private use of the OXO Tower Bar & Brasserie enabled guests to enjoy stunning panoramic views over the Thames from the 8thfloor balcony, as well as offering an exquisite 3 course meal and excellent service.

After dinner, the venue became home to their very own intimate comedy club, featuring a host, billed act and top-notch headliner.
