Brief
Our client had a huge anniversary to mark but were severely limited in what they could do due to Covid related restrictions. The challenge was to create a celebratory event online that would engage over 450 staff and make them proud of the company's achievements and history.

Solution
We created a totally bespoke virtual quiz event, fully branded to the client and 75 years. All content related to the company, with questions about staff and trivia around the past, present and future. Our host entertained and enlightened guests for 90 minutes, with added games, spot prizes and even a ‘shoulder dance’ competition!

As part of the experience, all 450 participants were sent a customised PartyBox ahead of the event.
These were created specifically for the anniversary event with content including prosecco, cocktails, fun props, a printed message from the Chairman and a ‘Brookie’ – a brownie and cookie combination – wrapped in a branded napkin. A random 25 recipients were also sent Giant Sunglasses as part of a bigger prize giveaway.
