The ACO brand is recognised as a leading supplier in the design, development and manufacture of surface water drainage systems. A leading force in sustainability-driven solutions, marked a significant milestone with the opening of their newly constructed warehouse. The event aimed not only to celebrate this achievement, but also to represent the company's core values, emphasising sustainability, community engagement, and a commitment to
local resources.

Solution

The challenge was to host 150 partners, workers and shareholders within a marquee structure while aligning every aspect of the event with ACO Technologies' ethos. The main objective was to celebrate their new building, along with the redirection of a small stream, symbolising the company's dedication to the environment. Our team provided everything from the marquee structure and furniture to the AV equipment, stage design and decoration.

The design concept revolved around sustainability, and it was essential to work with local companies and highlight organic elements in all areas, to ensure minimal environmental impact.

Prominent guests, including the Lord Lieutenant, enjoyed a series of presentations outlining the company’s dedication to creating a better, more sustainable future, while inspiring all who attended to join in their mission.

After the first few insightful sessions, guests were treated to a carefully crafted menu that showcased the best of locally sourced and organic produce, which was enjoyed by all. English sparkling wine, sourced from nearby vineyards, added a touch of elegance to the celebration. This allowed the group to network before resuming the presentations.

The afternoon concluded with a TED talk delivered by a visionary speaker, whose insight to future development inspired guests to think of new technologies to enhance the world we live in. As everyone departed, they carried with them not just memories of a remarkable milestone but a renewed commitment to supporting sustainability and building a brighter, more sustainable future for generations to come.
