Brief

Our brief was to create a series of 6 events across the USA, Ireland and Australia for the company's Business Kick Off (BKO) meetings for up to 140 people at each. Starting in Miami with a week-long event including 2 days of Senior Leadership Team (SLT), followed by Sales Kick Off prior to the BKO. The BKO content was then to be rolled out to the other 5 locations for 1 day events.

Solution

Key to success was securing the best venues across all locations; Miami, Charlottesville, New York, Denver, Dublin & Sydney. Venues were across a range of high-end hotels and exclusive options such as the W Hotel in Miami and Keswick Hall in Charlottesville. We managed all venue logistics, delegate registration and AV production in advance with addition of onsite management by the Rockitfish team at the larger events; Miami, New York and Dublin. Branding opportunities were utilised across all venues using banners, vinyls, screens with rolling videos, lighting and merchandise.

To allow for network and provide reward for the teams, each daytime conference was followed by an evening reception. Locations for this ranged from private outdoor terrace overlooking the water at sunset to private formal dining. In Denver, guests were treated to a private hands-on workshop where they designed and printed their own t-shirts prior to their cocktail reception.

For the SLT, they were enraptured by keynote from Olympic gold medallist swimmer Cullen Jones. They were then transported to the Frost Science Museum and welcomed with sparkling reception before being taken on an exclusive tour of the Dinosaur Exhibition. They then moved to the Atrium, where they enjoyed sweeping views of Biscayne Bay and access to the stingray pool alongside canapes, food stations and live music.
