Circus Themed Summer Party
Brief
After two long years of the pandemic, our client came to us wanting to bring their staff along with their families together in person for an outdoors summer celebration. Our client has offices all over the UK so the Midlands seemed like the most sensible location to hold the event. With over 400 guests of all ages, we needed to find a large outside area which would be suitable for lots of fun activities and entertainment.
Solution
We pitched multiple venues and theming ideas which was voted on by the board. Our Circus Themed Festival idea came up trumps, so we set to work making it happen!
We sourced The Stoneleigh NAEC in Kenilworth which was ideal in terms of size of grounds, location and value for money. Our task was to transform a large grassed field into a Circus themed EXTRAVAGANZA!
To capture guest attendance and communicate all event details we created a completely bespoke Circus Themed registration website.
On the day we provided circus theming, bunting, circus props, wandering magicians, balloon artists, jugglers, a circus skills workshop, a flower crown craft station, facepainters, a live band, crazy golf, garden games, candy floss and popcorn machines, fun-fair stalls and an assortment of inflatables. The venue provided two bars and a rolling BBQ which was ideal for catering for this many people.
While we battled with a downpour of rain in the morning, thankfully by the time guests arrived the sun came out and a fun-filled day was had by all!
