Brief
To host a celebratory event at a venue within easy reach of both London and Cambridge, consisting of a meeting, activities and entertainment, and incorporating the company’s ethos of making positive contributions to our world, for society.
Solution
Offering self-contained event space and a beautiful lakeside setting, Warren Weir at Luton Hoo provided the perfect solution for this event. A giant tipi formed the focal point of the evening, whilst a series of stretch tents provided much needed shade for the afternoon activities we had planned.
The activities were divided into four areas to match the client’s four pillars for society: Health, Education, Environment and Equality. These ranged from massages and manicures to survival skills training, and making eco-friendly gifts to an insightful practical session from our charity partner at Deafblind UK.
Colourful flags and fabric wristbands helped identify the different zones whilst adding to the festival feel. We finished the event with a BBQ, games and some live music and dancing.
. . .
Thanks once again for delivering an amazing event. It was simply brilliant, and I can’t wait to hear what everyone else thought.
