Brief

To bring the team together for their annual event to re-group unwind, and socialise. The brief was simple… an exclusive party… maybe an island?…like Ibiza?… but without the flights…!?

Solution

An island takeover - Osea Island, the idyllic haven basking serenely on the Blackwater Estuary and just over an hour away from our clients offices in London. The destination was kept a secret from guests until they boarded the boat to take them to the party isle when they received their bespoke branded boarding passes for AAA on the party island. Guests enjoyed exclusive use of the island and it’s many different and unique period houses on offer. Once disembarked and some brief business content the afternoon entertainment kicked off and included various relaxed team activities backed by a DJ spinning Balearic beats and an electric strings quartet to set the relaxed vibe.

Guests dined throughout the day at a selection of high end pop up food stalls and supped on Daiquiris at the poolside bar. There were opportunities to enjoy exploring the island on the many push bikes available on site before getting glammed and glittered up for the evening P A R T  Y. Kicking off the evening session with sundowners on the terrace bar as the sun dropped over the estuary and mainland.

As darkness set in the super club we created in the old WW2 torpedo factory opened it’s doors and came alive with floor fillers, deep vocals and club classics that ensured the dance floor was filled until the early hours. The next morning hampers were delivered to each house for the all-important recovery breakfast and Bloody Mary’s were available before boarding the boat back to the mainland, leaving the very special party island experience behind… until next time!
