Mardi Gras Themed Party
Brief
Our Cambridge based software client wanted an uplifting event to celebrate the release from lockdown. They wanted something more vibrant and colourful so we created them their very own “PartyGras” festival which was a mixture of world festival to create their very own special festival for their guests.
Solution
Guests were greeted on arrival at Pre-dinner drinks by a steel band and stilt walking festival dancers.
On arrival into the main dining room we created colourful draping and bunting with a central display on the stage to excite guests when they entered. Instead of round dining tables the client opted for long tables to differentiate it from previous events and help enhance the festival vibe.
On those table we have giant pixel feather table center’s which changed colour throughout the evening and around the room we had giant palm trees.
The focal point for the event was the entertainment, as we had LED Drummer, Capoeira Dancers, Pixel Poi Artists and a samba dance performance to entertain the group. Once dinner and entertainment had ended the RPJ band took to the stage to bring the event to a close.
