Financial Markets Conference
Brief
We worked with IHS Markit on delivering their IHS London Customer Conference, after a successful event the previous year. We supported them on a range of elements including Audio Visual, staffing and design and display.
Solution
We provided conference hosts to manage the delegate experience on the day, including meet and greet and on site badge printing. We also designed and constructed a bespoke and fully branded reception desk and backdrop, furnished the networking lounge, applied digital and print branding and signage around the event space, and created a branded virtual reality booth.
