Brief
The company wanted to stage an online event to launch a new product to over 300 staff across the globe.
It needed to accommodate presenters from multiple international locations, be highly interactive and be delivered in a highly polished and professional manner.
Solution
We provided a bespoke, fully branded virtual event platform which offered elevated functionality and customisation compared to off the shelf video conferencing tools.
This included a virtual green room where presenters could speak privately prior to going live, as well as multiple viewing templates with single or multiple speakers alongside presentation content.
We scheduled and managed tech checks with each presenter in advance of the event to ensure quality audio, video, lighting and internet connection. A number of speakers were pre-recorded and edits produced alongside their presentation content, then delivered on the day
as if live.
We also created a branded event website which housed the event stream as well as agenda and launch information. A level of interaction was provided through the platform’s polling and chat functions, allowing attendees to put questions to the presenters in real time, visible in the chat feed where they could be ‘liked’ or ‘up voted’.
