EMEA IPO Launch Party & Corporate Strategy Conference
To celebrate a landmark Nasdaq listing, Rockitfish produced a comprehensive, two-day corporate event at Wotton House Country Estate. Designing the event around the central thematic anchor of "Following your Dream," we brought together 70 executive staff from across the EMEA region to align on future strategic business goals and celebrate corporate success.
The Client’s Brief & IPO Alignment Goals
Our client, a leading global provider of live and on-demand video SaaS solutions, required a high-impact live experience following their successful initial public offering (IPO) on the Nasdaq. They sought to bring 70 key team members together from various regional offices across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). The operational goals were dual-focused: building cross-border team engagement while clearly communicating future corporate expansion plans under their public listing ticker, KLTR.
Day 1: Immersive Team Icebreakers & The Nasdaq Celebration
The initial phase of the itinerary focused entirely on breaking down geographical barriers between regional teams, activating the physical estate grounds, and delivering premium evening hospitality.
• The Dream Hunt: Bespoke Outdoor GPS Team Building
To open the event and energize the arriving international guests, we designed "The Dream Hunt." This was a fully customized, GPS-based outdoor interactive trail mapped directly across the historic grounds of Wotton House. Teams collaborated to solve digital trivia questions and dynamic challenges tailored specifically around the company’s history and milestones.
• Interactive Mixology: Customized 'Dream Cocktail' Workshop
Transitioning into the evening festivities, guests participated in a collaborative cocktail creation workshop. Teams were tasked with inventing their own signature "Dream Cocktails," concluding with a high-energy performance from a champion cocktail flairer to set the celebratory tone for dinner.
• Premium Evening Production: Stage Design, Magic & Illusions
The evening banquet featured custom-branded scenic stage design and advanced venue lighting, featuring ambient light panels, suspended floating orbs, and custom globe centerpieces incorporating the company's "KLTR" Nasdaq ticker. Entertainment was anchored by professional compere and magician Paul Martin, culminating in a headline show by celebrated illusionist and Britain's Got Talent finalist, Marc Spelmann.
• Retrocade Party Room: Simulators, Casino & The Giant Pac-Man
Post-dinner, guests transitioned to a high-fidelity retro arcade party room. The space featured a live DJ, vibrant dance floor, casino tables, air hockey, vintage pinball configurations, and arcade simulators—including the world’s largest Pac-Man arena. Guests also engaged with the "Dreams Wheel of Fortune" to win premium corporate gifts, such as Ray-Ban eyewear and branded Apple AirPods.
Day 2: Corporate Strategy Conference & Wellness
The second day shifted focus towards business alignment, future roadmapping, and maximizing content retention in a refreshed state of mind.
• Mindset Preparation: Sunrise Team Yoga Session
To prepare attendees for an intense day of strategic business planning, we initiated an early morning guided yoga session. This targeted wellness component was engineered to ensure international guests were clear-headed, focused, and in the ideal mental state to absorb corporate content.
• Main Conference Production: Executive Presentations & Future Goals
The core business content was delivered via a sequence of highly structured presentations and leadership keynotes. Utilizing the custom-built main stage production, executives detailed the post-IPO corporate roadmap, aligned the EMEA workforce on upcoming commercial benchmarks, and conducted collaborative feedback loops.

Our client said: High Class Event
From the minute we met over video, you got us - your creativity, detail-oriented approach, the suppliers you used from casino tables all the way to the cocktail flairer; well everything, from design, stage, technical crew, branding, the team event and host - everything was high class!... You analysed our needs - and so fast - and we needed the speed given the event was organized with no time. And you worked so hard, weekends, being online non-stop, without giving up on any detail.
