Leadership Conference
Brief
Following our client's retail conference, our client came to us needing help to create a conference for their leadership team. This would involve 120 people from all over Europe, coming together and celebrating the hard work and vision of the company. We needed to find a venue that was 100% on brand with the ethos of our client but also perfect for the event and close to other attractions for evening entertainment.
Solution
After reducing possibilities of the venue down to 4, we finally chose Studio Spaces in East London to be the perfect location. We also used Tobacco Dock for the evening entertainment on one evening and sent the client off in small groups for dinner on another night.
Using an event-based App we were able to keep the group updated and make sure we get everyone together when needed.
This enabled us to manage all delegate registration seamlessly, share information securely with the venues and send out pre-event communications. We worked closely with our client to ensure every aspect of the event was tailored to the desired outcomes and the audience. To deliver continuity and value across the event, we designed and built a custom branded set and provided branded collateral, including display items. Onsite, we managed the venue, registration desk, all AV and production and breakout sessions.
The biggest testament to the programme’s success was the continuous increase in registrations and attendance after each event as word spread about their value. The next roadshow will double in size.
