Made in Monaco, Sales Incentive
Brief
A high-end reward trip overseas for 50 incentive programme winners. The destination had to be aspirational, and within a 4 hour flight from London. It also had to offer a rich and varied selection of experiences that were either exclusive or very different from a regular tourist visit.
Guests had to be excited by the destination during the incentive campaign and then return feeling rewarded, valued and full of stories that motivated both them and colleagues to perform during the next campaign.
Solution
Monaco was the chosen destination with the winners staying at the luxurious Monte Carlo Bay Hotel. Their exclusive weekend started off with a private lunch on the Terrace in the sunshine. Friday night the group dined at a local traditional French restaurant, followed by cocktails at the Nikki Beach rooftop bar on the infamous Grand Prix hairpin.
Saturday we chartered a private catamaran to sail around the Cap d’Ail, where guests soaked up the sunshine and sights and drop[ed into the ocean for snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boarding.
The gala dinner was held at the iconic Buddha Bar, followed by exclusive entry to the legendary Monte Carlo Casino, famous for many James Bond films, where guests had the opportunity to mix with the high rollers.
