Power Up League - Incentive Trip to Iceland
Brief
Our client asked us to create a memorable trip for their 'Power Up League' winners, to reward those who went above and beyond in 2023. They wanted a 5-day programme for 45 of their top achievers from around the world.
Solution
We put together a jam-packed programme of activities, including whale watching, a tour of Iceland's scenic Golden Circle, ATV driving, and a trip to the Sky Lagoon to experience its famous seven-step ritual. It wasn't long before the weather affected our plans, but when our whale watching was cancelled, we quickly arranged a visit to see the amazing Lava Show in Reykjavik instead. Eager not to disappoint anyone, we rearranged the whale watching for later in the week which was a fantastic experience.
On top of this, we were asked to plan something extra special for 5 of the top winners, so we arranged a helicopter tour, where the guests enjoyed a bird’s eye view of Iceland's natural wonders.
A highlight of the trip was a private dinner at the Aurora Basecamp, Iceland's only Northern Lights observatory. Guests were greeted by a fire performer and an aerial silk artist, before enjoying a sumptuous 4-course dinner under the stars.
