Sales Conference & Awards
Brief
Rockitfish were asked to support our client with their Sales Conference and Awards for all their financial advisers at the London Hilton Wembley. This is an annual event for around 300 guests which involves a mixture of business updates, networking as well as a 70+ awards gala dinner in the evening.
Solution
This is historically an annual event and renowned for brand impact, great business content, interlinked with some fantastic speakers and this year’s was no exception.
We managed all production requirements, we designed and installed a fully customised and branded stage set with floor to ceiling central screen to maximise impact of content. A panel discussion was followed by Jake Humphrey and Damian Hughes from the ‘High-Performance Podcast’, this was complimented by an engaging talk from Martine Wright from the GB Paralympic Netball team who lost both legs in the London 7/7 bombings.
In the evening, the main ballroom was transformed into an exquisite awards club adorned with a gold theme. We set up impressive LED podiums for the talented dance performers, along with a dazzling gold photo backdrop to complement the gold lampshade table centres. To announce the winners, we added a touch of spectacle with gold confetti cannons, while a live DJ kept the party alive with music stings. To conclude the awards ceremony on a high note, we were treated to a performance by the internationally acclaimed beat boxer, Kimmy.
