Brief

As a high-quality dog food provider the client wanted to put on a classic Christmas 'do' for social influencers and their dogs. The event was to be a celebration with new and existing influencers to further develop relationships, build brand awareness and create a brand 'moment’' promoting new recipes whilst providing beautiful content for guests.

Solution

All influencers, human and canine, were catered for with optimum Insta opportunities. The space was themed with Kraft Paper hanging decorations - reflecting the client's use of recyclable box packaging - bespoke window vinyls and Christmas trees, with branded baubles.

Photo opportunities included a Christmas fireplace scene with cosy chair, snuggly blankets and bundles of sticks tied with Christmas ribbon for the dogs. There was a selfie station with branded backdrop and a collection of props - for both 2 and 4 legged guests.

A doggy-named Christmas cocktail, free flowing Prosecco and delicious canapes were served across the event. Not to forget the pups, we had a Christmas dinner table laid for dogs so they could enjoy the client's Christmas dinner product. The table was complete with brand coloured crockery and linen, a candle centrepiece made from sticks, of course, and Kraft Paper crackers!

The event was punctuated with live fashion illustrations of influencers and their dogs, a heelwork to music performance from the current Crufts champions and live embroidery of Christmas stockings with dog's names - the perfect mementos to take away and even more photo opportunities.
