To celebrate the launch of their first plant-based meal option and promote these to their ambassadors and social influencer partners. A group of 80 social influencers, and their pups, were to be invited to Butternut Box offices for a product launch. Our task was to make it truly memorable and Instagram worthy.


We positioned for a brunch style event, with plant-based healthy brunch catering to fit with the hashtag #MeatFreeMunchDay. The focus was on bringing the outdoors in and the space was transformed in to a calm and beautiful oasis with a canopy of hanging wisteria and flower and vegetable table arrangements, which tied in with the natural ingredients of the product. Alongside the beautiful array of catering we installed a grass fronted juice bar with a range of cold pressed juices for guests to enjoy, alongside welcome cocktail and a vintage coffee tricycle.

To add an extra flair, element of fun and instagrammable content we had a flower crown making station where guests could make real flower crowns both for themselves and miniature versions for their dogs.

So that the pups could enjoy a taste of the new product line we arranged a picnic set up with branded grass walls, astroturf carpet and miniature picnic table that was dressed with bamboo plates and cutlery and mason jar candle table centre. This also provided a great area for socials content.

Further branding elements included window vinyls and branded colouring packs for any younger guests. We incorporated a charity element with guests picking from a range of vegetable shaped dog toys (all of which were vegan) that were donated to charity on their behalf.
