Christmas Party - Fire & Ice
Brief
To provide full project planning and execution of a Christmas party for 370 staff members. The unique challenge for this event was the party took place in their office which was a blank space which needed transforming into a fire & ice themed extravaganza.
Solution
Starting with the furniture we organised tables, chairs, table linen and chair covers; opting for ice blue napkins to keep within the fire and ice theme. Additional theming items of snowfall projectors, an ice themed bar and LED flame lights were included to create a well rounded theme to incorporate the drinks reception and main dining area.
A duo of fire performers welcomed the guests to the event with a 45 minute ambient set; showcasing their fire breathing talents. Inside the party, casino tables were played with fun money and a ‘winner’ being announced at the end of the night.
The food and drink were designed bespoke for this event. A signature cocktail showcasing a personalised edible cocktail topper were served on arrival alongside canape starters. Guests enjoyed a plated main course Christmas dinner with family style vegetables and crispy roast potatoes. A festive style dessert station allowed guests to get up from their tables and head to the dancefloor while reaching for a sweet treat. A five piece band and DJ performed throughout the evening with a mixture of festive favourites and karaoke classics.
