Superhero Training Academy
This Cambridge based software company wanted a completely unique way to engage and reward their 240 staff from the UK and US. What else, but create their very own 'Superhero Training Academy' 30 teams tackled a series of challenge zones themed Power & Strength, Speed & Agility and Power of Deduction.
Costumed team members tackled the zip wire and laser maze, mastered axe throwing and solved crime scenes with forensics. The group then celebrated their graduation from the Academy that evening, enjoying the thrills and spills of fairground rides, simulators and a Circus Show!
