Our client marked the end of their financial year with a premium event that recognises individual, team and company achievements, as well as setting expectations for the year. The company had grown significantly over the 3 years since the last event, both through acquisition and organic growth, so wanted to highlight these developments as well as future ambitions. This was also an opportunity to introduce the eagerly anticipated new branding.
The event for 450 people was staged at The Brewery in London. Delivering the new brand across the live event was a core element of the experience, from the moment guests arrived at the venue. As well as digital content on screens throughout the venue, we installed large vinyls in the stairwells and branded vinyls on stair treads.
A 9m LED Wall took centre stage in the main space surrounded by a custom-built set.
As guests took their seats and the lights were dimmed the new company promotional video filled the Wall, looking hugely impressive. A suite of bespoke branded content was produced for display, including motion graphics and animated stings to introduce speakers, nominees and announce winners.
Accent lighting highlighted original features of the room and controllable intelligent lights added energy to the Awards. Branded printed acrylic LED lit table centres continued the theme. A live camera feed transmitted images of presenters, winners and then those packing the black starlit dancefloor onto the LED Wall.
