A highly engaging, interactive team-based game designed with a focus on enhancing leadership skills & team dynamics through experiential learning.

Teams must manage resources and monitor ever-changing conditions as they organise a journey to the summit of Mount Everest. 

Due to the complexity of the game and the number of variables, individual team members must take on separate roles to acquire knowledge, effectively communicate their information to the group, and complete physical challenges. They must apply an agile strategy and skilfully make quick decisions as a team to maximise opportunities to their advantage. At the end of their challenge, the team with the highest number of points, or most optimal decision-making, is declared the winner.
